188ji Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "188ji" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://188ji.cam, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, services, game lobbies, and payment infrastructure.
• "Account" means the individual player account created by registering on the 188ji platform using a valid Philippine mobile number and completing the required KYC verification process.
• "Platform" means the website, web application, and associated services provided by 188ji at https://188ji.cam.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on the 188ji platform including but not limited to slot machines, live dealer games, table games, sports betting, bingo, fishing arcade games, and e-sabong.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 188ji account, including both deposited funds and any bonus credits subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback payment, or other incentive issued by 188ji subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulation before a Player may conduct real-money transactions on the 188ji platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that licenses and oversees online gaming operations in the Philippines, including 188ji.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 188ji platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

3 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 188ji platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use 188ji's services;
• Be a resident of or physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction at the time of play;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 188ji or any of its associated game providers;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by 188ji or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines;
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

188ji reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during a Player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in suspension of the account pending verification, and any funds deposited prior to age verification may be withheld until identity is confirmed.

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 188ji platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited. Where 188ji identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, withhold associated balances, and cancel any pending withdrawals or bonuses.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 188ji login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets, deposits, and withdrawals — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify 188ji of unauthorised access immediately upon discovery.

4.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4.4 Account Security

188ji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that your login credentials have been disclosed to a third party, you must contact 188ji customer support immediately via live chat. 188ji shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

5 KYC Identity Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 188ji requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before conducting real-money deposits or withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a clear, legible copy or photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.

• Philippine Driver's Licence
• PhilSys National ID
• Philippine Passport

188ji reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — at any time and for any account, in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements or internal risk management procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 188ji may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending satisfactory verification.

6 Deposits and Payments

188ji accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The current minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed in the 188ji cashier at the time of transaction.

6.2 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used to deposit funds into a 188ji account must be registered in the name of the verified account holder. 188ji does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from payment methods not registered to the account holder will be reversed and may trigger an account security review.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the 188ji platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Any currency conversion costs associated with deposits made from foreign-currency sources are borne by the Player.

6.4 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to the 188ji account balance within seconds of approval in the respective e-wallet application. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the sending bank. 188ji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues.

7 Withdrawals

188ji processes withdrawal requests to the verified payment method registered to the Player's account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within three minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 30–60 minutes subject to banking network conditions.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

188ji may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending:

• Completion of KYC identity verification;
• Completion of wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds;
• Completion of a security review triggered by unusual account activity;
• Receipt and review of additional documentation requested by 188ji in accordance with these Terms or applicable law.

7.2 Taxes

Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings received from 188ji, including but not limited to Philippine income tax obligations. 188ji is not responsible for calculating, reporting, or remitting any taxes on a Player's behalf.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

188ji offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions which are published at the time the promotion is made available on the platform.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet size during bonus play, and expiry period are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players should review these terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

188ji operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a single promotional offer; placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intention; or coordinated bonus exploitation with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, 188ji reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and close the associated account(s).

8.3 Modification of Promotions

188ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. 188ji shall not be liable to any Player for the modification or cancellation of any promotional offer.

9 Game Rules and Player Conduct

All games available on the 188ji platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 188ji's server, the server record shall be the authoritative result.

9.1 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of 188ji's platform or other players, including:

• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with or manipulate any game;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to 188ji immediately;

• Using 188ji for any money laundering purpose or in contravention of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or 188ji's backend systems without authorisation.

188ji reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, in addition to reporting the matter to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 188ji platform — including but not limited to the 188ji name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 188ji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 188ji intellectual property without prior written authorisation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property licence beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the 188ji platform for lawful personal gaming purposes.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 188ji's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

188ji shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform;
• Loss of profits or expected winnings;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 188ji's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government actions;
• Losses arising from a Player's breach of these Terms;
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

The 188ji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and accuracy of game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects at all times.

14 Account Suspension and Termination

188ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• A Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under Section 10;
• 188ji is required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine government authority;
• 188ji has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 188ji reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account. Upon voluntary account closure by a Player in good standing, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted through wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

15 Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding any 188ji transaction or game outcome, the Player should first contact 188ji customer support via live chat with full details of the disputed transaction, including date, time, game name, and transaction reference where available. 188ji will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved between the Player and 188ji directly, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's official player complaint channels. 188ji cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.

15.2 Jurisdiction

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.

16 Amendments to These Terms

188ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of these Terms is always available on the 188ji platform and is identified by its effective date.

Where 188ji makes a material change to these Terms, it will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players — including via the platform interface or by notification to the registered mobile number — prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the 188ji platform after notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 14.
